AST Fellowship Grant applications are submitted in one of two primary categories: 
a) Clinical or
b) Basic 

All Fellowship Grants are for two years and total $80,000.

No applications or supplementary documents will be accepted after the submission deadline, Friday, November 17, 2006.

AST Fellowship Grant applications will be scored by the AST Awards and Grants Committee comprised of a broad panel of researchers from a number of institutions who have widespread expertise in clinical and basic science. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The funding for any grant is contingent upon having qualified applicants apply.
- The funding of any grant is dependent upon budgetary constraints.
- No grant is transferable from the original applicant to a new grantee.
